Multifamily Elevator Pitch

I am an acquisitions analyst and I pitch multifamily development deals to upper management. Does anyone have a structure to pitch multifamily development deals that have worked for them? I have been told I don't get to the point quickly enough, and I am trying to fix that. Does anyone have any templates they use or have any examples on youtube I could emulate?

Do you have more senior team members you can observe? Pretty unusual to just throw an analyst into a presentation role in IC meetings without first letting them observe a good number.

It really depends on how your IC meetings are run and what the members want to see. Some shops are very formal and expect a thorough, lengthy walkthrough. Others want you to spend 1-2 minutes walking through the high level thesis of the deal, a couple minutes on numbers, then open the floor to questions.

It's a smaller development company and the acquisitions team is just a bunch of analysts all 30 and younger. My company is definitely in the 1-2 min pitch camp, and my previous role was more institutional where they did a lengthier walkthrough. From what I have been told they want the high-level thesis of the deal with numbers sprinkled in for 1-2 mins and then open the floor to questions. Condensing the pitch has been a tough process that I am not sure I am getting the hang of quickly enough.
