Multifamily Underwriting Excel Model
Does anyone have a multifamily underwriting model with a focus of a long-term hold where with no outside capital? Please let me know, could exchange some models I have.

I'm not sure I understand your request. Any model can be a "long-term hold" if you just extend the underwriting period and re-invest cashflows every so often for capex. Not having outside capital means no waterfall structure so your deal level returns are your investor returns. Do you not have a model at all?
Not sure if this is what you mean but check out the site Adventures in CRE. They have multiple models and tutorials that are available on a pay what you can basis.
