Must know technicals/calculations for real estate internships?
I'm wondering what technicals I definitely need to know for internship interviews in asset management and acquisitions. I feel like I have a good understanding of the main calculations (NOI, Cap Rate, IRR, etc), but am curious as to what questions I might get in future interviews.
