My Firm is Hiring a Capital Markets Analyst

This forum has been a wealth of information for me over the last 5+ years, so I figured I'd pay it forward by posting about this job opening at the company I work for.

The cap markets team is looking to hire a capital markets analyst with 1-3 years of post-undergrad experience, but are willing to negotiate title/comp for the right fit. The candidate needs to have experience underwriting real estate deals and will need to pass a basic financial modeling test.

The team is small (1 analyst, 1 associate, 1 vp, 1 svp, 1 pres) and is the primary point of contact for all financing (new development, acquisitions, recap) and dispositions the firm undertakes. The deal exposure and growth potential are huge.

The firm is a national, privately-owned integrated RE firm (development, property management, Asset Management, capital markets, architecture and engineering, legal, etc.) with HQ in Minneapolis and 11 offices across the US.

Send me a PM if you're interested and I can make sure your resume gets to the top of the stack.
