NAV Modeling
I got past the initial HR screen for an interview with a local finance company. For the next part of the process I have to do a valuation and analysis on a REIT they assigned me. I'm completely new to this but I was going to do a DDM and a NAV model for the valuation portion of it.
I'm completely struggling on the NAV portion. I've tried looking at videos and similar questions online but I don't even know how to get started with it. Does anyone have any pointers for me?
