I've been trying to get NCREIF's database for a project I'm doing but can't find the raw data on it (only graphs). I was wondering if anyone knew where to find such data or had access to it and would be willing to forward me the cap rates for NCREIF Property Index for 1972-present? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Does anyone have an update to the NCREIF NFI-ODCE index?! I'm really just looking for recent performance (2020 YTD, going back to 2015). I just need the raw data, not all of the "bells and whistles" one would get if they subscribed.

have you checked the NCREIF website, you may have to type it in off PDFs, but only quarterly, so would go fast
