What is NCREIF’s visibility and reputation within different corners of the industry? Even hearing “ I work in ____ and have never heard of them” or “I know someone with the designation in ____” would be helpful. I’ve seen some people who do private placements who have the designation but that it- it may be more relevant to asset managers/FoF and others who evaluate investing into REPE than REPE itself.
