Need help with breaking down real estate return attribution (income v. capital)
Hi guys,
Can anybody explain how REPE funds break down their out their quarterly return attribution by income & capital return?
For income I assume it would be the (increase in current Q's distributions / last Q's distributions -1)? What about the capital gains? Are these based on quarterly revals?
Separately, on a portfolio level breakdown: - How do you separate the IRR due to income vs. IRR due to capital returns??
