Need to get up to speed on US RE markets over the last 2 years. Any recommendations?
I have prior REPE experience (4 years ago). Since then I've been doing non-RE stuff, but I now have a few interviews at some REPE funds coming up.
Given I've been out of the game for a while, does anyone have any resources or recommendations on how I can get up to speed on the major asset classes? I unfortunately don't have access to any of the RE data providers anymore, and brokerage reports seem more like data dumps than anything...no actual color or commentary on what's been happening.
