You sound insufferable if you are in your 20s.

The best training would come from the big shops, and it sounds like your background for Manhattan commercial real estate is terrible.  It will be you against 100s/1000s of people who actually know about zoning laws, rent regulations, etc.

Everyone knows the key to success is dialing the phone non-stop, and I'm not sure what your differentiating factor is.

Cross Matthews off your list, they are super corporate.  HR will be involved in almost all of your interviews, doesn't matter what shop.
