NorthMarq Capital Post Interview

I know there are topics on this already but would like some recent feedback if available. So I interviewed with NorthMarq on Tuesday and the HR head Maria and it went really well it seemed. She said she liked me as a candidate and that she had really no negative feedback about my interview. Does anyone know the post phone interview process and when I can expect to hear back from someone? Any info is much appreciated

Wow really? She seemed nice as hell. I've been in contact with her since like November when the position initially opened. She straight up told me " I have a good feeling about you as a candidate" and then said I should hear something by end of week...  its for the Tampa office

That Maria is nice but completely goes ghost after in person interviews. Pretty sure she’s like the only person in HR there.

Interviewed in person twice didn’t get the job, 3 months later she reached out to me asking if I was still interested in the position and they have another opening. Interviewed again and followed up with her 5x along with calling and no response.

Same experience happened to me. Nice lady, but she is in over her head trying to manage everything HR related

How has everyone has bad experiences with Maria and she STILL has a job?

To share my experience, I made it to a in-person interview in 2019 for an office in another state (they happened to be at the local office in my city). According to Maria, they liked me and had good things to say, but ultimately passed. Since I made a decent impression, she invited me to apply to a few other offices for the same role. After applying, she completely ghosted me. Why waste my time having me fill out 4 other applications for literally no reason at all? It makes much more sense after seeing everyone else's experience with her.

I would assume it’s primarily due to her being the main point of contact in HR there for literally everything. She’s probably not taking time or has it, to follow up with everyone including those being rejected. Not saying it’s right but that’s likely the case.
