NYC First Job Out of Undergrad

What would you say would be the best job to aim for coming out of undergrad experience wise and comp wise? What would be considered the best to get besides Blackstone? Think in terms of investment (debt and/or equity), acquisitions, development, asset management...

There really isn’t an answer to this question. If all you care about is comp and prestige, I guess there isn’t a much better option than BX. The big brokerage shops are great if you want to be on institutional IS or DE team. There is also the MM which is a whole other world and can pay very well, it’s personally the place I find the most interesting.

Tl;dr it depends.
