NYC Metro multifamily properties for sale pricing ~$1M - $80M+, can hold paper.

All,

I posted on this before but I have now recieved additional clarity on the assets selected for sale.   We are selling a subset of our MF and mixed use portfolio in the city.  We are willing to hold paper on potentially every property in the mix and will sell individually as well as in groups or the entire portfolio.

Reply here or DM me and I will follow up.

We just have significant capital flexibility, with the dificulties of financing in the current environment providing financing flexibility provides options.  I quite frankly don't care if the buyer secures their own financing or not.  Just putting it out there that we can hold paper.

If you're marketing assets, why not do so as broadly as possible?  And if it helps avoid paying a broker, all the better.

Or would you prefer someone else ask us to rank REPE shops or pass judgement on how well a complete stranger is compensated with no context?

Yeah load up your bumble and tinder profile with some pics of multifamily assets and include pricing info in your bio, why not? The broader the better
