No announcement yet... do we think it’s going to be all online? Considering working on the side for an independent investor just underwriting and looking for deals but can’t make the commitment until I know what’s going on with NYU. I would assume they will be conservative and everything will be online until the fall. Thoughts?

I'm wondering the same thing too. I'm expecting that summer will likely be through online instruction, just given the fact that NYC has been noted as the epicenter of covid.
I'm in the same dilemma too. I'm not too thrilled if it turns out to be online, but it may work in a way that I can continue more time with my job before quitting. For the record I am also not yet living in the NYC area so that's another step I've had to postpone for now.
