Oaktree modeling test

Looking for Oaktree modeling test (real estate) or Victoria AM as it is them too. (Based in London but us monkeys can definitely help)
More than happy to get information if no model available: 2h / 3h / 6h / 48h / 1 week / presentation needed / do they ask to come to their office even in 2023 (like Thor equities)
Please don’t hesitate to DM. Can trade with what I have, several REPE/ Dev/ Infra models. Even some with corrections.
