Office Modeling Test

I have an interview coming up with a brokerage firm and was told the modeling exam would be fairly "involved", they primarily work with office assets and I was wondering if anyone had an excel model or case study they would be willing to share? I'm having trouble finding anything online, and I don't have much experience modeling office buildings, I would really appreciate any help here

Thanks for the reply, I've actually followed along with this video before -- It was extremely helpful but like you said it's almost too involved for what I would have to do, and with all of the bells and whistles he includes it's hard to reduce it down to a format that you would see for a 40 minute/1 hour interview exam - I was hoping someone might have an example for a quicker, less refined method for an office or industrial property
