What are you all looking for in a project leasing team when entering a new market?
Potential career change from local generalist shop to top office brokerage. I'm curious, what are some factors (needs/wants) when selecting the leasing team and what motivates them as it fits with your strategy.

I understand Owner strategies are different from developers to core so please clarify.
