Origination Folks- Do you do targeted marketing?

As a newer production analyst, one of my jobs is to assist with origination efforts. As I am on the CMBS side of the business and majority of our business comes from brokers, I wanted to target specific and relevant brokers. Using data from the MBA, I built a database of top brokers broken down by region and the MBA also gives us the top CMBS brokers nationwide. But, I only have the names of brokerages and not individual brokers by name. I am trying to see if I can do something more. Anybody here do any sophisticated targeted marketing ? Any ideas? Appreciate any suggestions.
