I'm working on a nice multifamily construction loan in Houston and ORIX is overexposed in the market. Do you all know of any debt funds with similar pricing (around the 550 over LIBOR)? Thanks for any help!

What LTC % are you talking about?
I'm really sorry for the delay. We're looking for 75% LTC. ORIX just turned down the deal after a long deliberation. They have a quote with Ameris at 70% LTC, but shooting for non-recourse and a little more leverage.
