What do people think about Oxford Properties in Toronto? Is it prestigious/does it provide good exit opps? If so what are the exit opps and what do 1st year analyst salaries look like?
Good exit ops, very good reputation in Canada and globally (for a canadian firm). Exit ops... anywhere in Canada you are gonna be good. Maybe exit to CPPIB real estate division, etc. could see exit to large limited partner being possible.
Which position/team?
From what I've heard about them, they're very well respected in Canada and globally, and also own some very AAA assets across the country. So their teams get to see and manage great assets.
