Don't work there, but from what I've heard: good pay, long hours, smart team, large office exposure
Heard they laid some folks off.

Company culture seems great and from what I know they’re still willing to deploy capital even though it’s a choppy market but have heard that their portfolio was extremely heavy on office pre covid and it’s taken a beating. I don’t know specifics so I might be completely off but I don’t see them raising another fund in the next couple of years if it’s truly as bad as I’ve heard. Despite all the negatives it’s still a great place to work because their company culture is extremely good.
What have you heard in terms of their culture? Do they have pretty long hours or is it not that bad?
