PCCP Los Angeles (acquisitions)
Does anyone have any general insights. The search bar here sucks so i thought a thread might work better. Curious about wlb, comp, deal flow, how to break in, headhunters, etc.
thanks in advance!

Great firm. Culturally very strong, deal flow is pretty high, but wlb ebs and flows... do their best to respect your time (but it is REPE so sometimes the hours can be long). Comp is strong. I don't think they use head hunters, probably the best would be to just apply, or try to network with the local team.
Comp is a little below market for the analyst level. It’s around 75% of MF total comp pay. Curious to hear how it compares at the associate level.
.

Second this. Unsure about comp but hope it's above market for the hours I've heard these guys work
