Blackstone owns homes in 14 markets: 40,000 homes. It's been done for three years already.
I've read about this and have researched details--hard to come by. I assume they hire 3rd party management to service and collect checks. Any idea who their go-to management/servicer is? Can you link me to which markets they are in?
I don't know the details, but they were heavy on the most depressed markets coming out of the recession, Ariz., Nevada, California.
Interesting that they were doing SFR in Arizona---a place with very cheap ranches that most people can afford. Anyone want to send me a link I'd love to read more on it.
