Has anyone worked with/at Pennrose out of Boston? From what I understand they are primarily MF developers and play in the Affordable space.
Just wanted to get a gauge of what their culture is like, couldn’t find any info besides Glassdoor reviews. Any info on them would be appreciated.

Great bar for sealing the deal with UES white chicks
Excellent and very reputable affordable developer. Don't have any insight into their culture but their deal flow is usually good and you'll work on a wide array of projects (within the affordable space). The folks in the New York office seem to really like it there, to the extent you want to extrapolate from that to the Boston office
