Career Resources
They are completely different jobs and career paths. There is no objective "better." It all comes down to your interests, your skillset, what you want to do now, and what you eventually want to be doing.
Neither is REPE or PERE so both irrelevant.
PGIM RE is strong whatever office you are in since everyone is a generalist (I’m assuming this is the debt originations side of the business)
For legitimate advice, you need to provide more details on the Eastdil team or at the bare minimum, IS vs Cap Markets vs “REIB”
I’m slightly biased towards brokerage since I think it is super beneficial to learn first hand how to sell and network, however, realistically the PGIM role is likely the best possible starting point if you want to stay on the debt side and then Eastdil if you have interest in the acquisitions side (REPE).
