Does anyone have insight into PIMCO's CRE investment? I know they are expanding alternative and merged with Allianz. Seems a great platform to work for. Can anyone share some interview questions? I am wondering what qualifications are they requiring?

It looks like their CRE debt team is larger. I heard ppl working at PIMCO acquisition team bur seems the team is under the radar. Can rarely find public info online
PIMCO purposely flies under the radar but are very, very well regarded in the industry. They leverage the rest of the PIMCO platform to post some pretty extraordinary returns in private CRE.
Thank you. So I would assume they have very strict requirements for candidates. I have an upcoming interview with them that I am not quite sure what to expect. I am currently working at sell side advisory.
