Position IB->RE
As an IB associate (Truist REIB) if I’m applying for REPE jobs, is typical jump to go to an analyst buy side position or is associate an attainable goal?

REPE shops have wildly variable titles - one shop's analyst is another's associate and vice versa. I think it would be attainable to come in at whatever role is appropriate for the number of years you've done in REIB since that is pretty direct experience.
