Does anyone have basic pay tiers for REITs, PE, and RE PE groups for undergrad and post-MBA?
I'm trying to break into commercial real estate post-MBA without a financial background, and wondering what to expect from REITs and other firms that may not require IBD experience. While I'm willing to take a lower paycheck in lieu of experience, I am hoping to start at around 100K base or so for NYC.
