Anyone here willing to share pref equity and/or mezz loan term sheets? I've asked our loan broker to share a few, but would be curious to see what others are seeing out there. We have a flexible mandate and plan to enter into the pref equity space.

We do a blend with our equity partners. We give them 12% interest paid quarterly during the construction process and they keep 30% of the profits.
