Presidio Bay Ventures in SF? Culture, comp, reputation, etc

Anyone have insight on Presidio Bay Ventures out of SF? come across them a few times and they seem like an interesting platform, more of a developer/operator hybrid than a pure REPE shop. From what I can tell they focus on large scale, "design forward" projects (office/life science/mixed-use) and seem pretty active locally

Couple things I’m trying to get a better read on:

Culture/team: Lean-ish shop so I’d assume high exposure, but curious if it’s more entrepreneurial vs. grindy dev shop? Also curious how they compare to more institutional REPE vs developer-first platforms in terms of exit ops

Comp: Saw $155k top end range salary for an associate position. Didn't see any info on bonuses. anyone know what the pay is like?

Reputation: How are they viewed vs other SF dev shops (Tishman, Jay Paul, Wilson Meany, etc.)?

Deal flow/experience: Seems like you get full cycle exposure across development + AM + acquisitions. is that real or just job description fluff?

Would especially appreciate perspectives from anyone who’s worked there or sat across from them on deals. Thanks!
