Private Equity Multifamily Acquisitions Opportunities (San Diego based)

Hi all,

I am currently working within a top consulting firm based out of the Los Angeles office living in San Diego area looking to make a transition into private equity. I want to get involved in multifamily acquisitions with the opportunity for value-add through rehabilitation within strong/growth markets in the West US. It would be great to be able to learn some around the operations of property management and construction. Would be GREATLY appreciated if you could help point me towards some firms in this space around the San Diego area or anyone within this space!
