Private REIT COMP

Was just told of the comp range for a private healthcare reit in the Southeast I’m interviewing for is $60-65k for a AM & PM Analyst role 2 YOE in management consulting private sector financial services. I interviewed with SVP & EVP of the department twice, and they said everything is good but they told me that want to find another person outside of their department to interview me and they want some references.

I’m currently making $75k and I’m expecting to get promoted and make close to $90k+ this year based on how my performance is going and generally how consultants progresses at my firm.

I’ve been trying to break into CRE with no luck in my mid sized city for 2 years, but I’ve never been able to. I also think the experience at this firm would be immense as they are relatively small yet fully vertically integrated and recently transferred over from a close end to an open end private reit structure.

Any advice on what you’d do in my situation if you received an offer?
