Idk about you but rate caps we were looking to buy in march have 10x in price pretty much. Causing issues for sure on refis and extensions.
Yeah that's 100% what we're seeing, I'm more wondering about the systemic risk for the guys on the other side of this, is there anybody holding a bunch of these that could go BK as a result?
