RE Credit Case Study (ASO1)

RE equity analyst doing my first RE credit case study (ASO 1 at top NYC PE/PC company). How different are credit case studies than equity? If I've done a bunch of equity modeling tests am I good or do I need to prepare for credit specifics?

I would definitely try to have a good understanding of general standards for LTV/Debt Yield/DSCR. Probably helpful to know some general loan structuring concepts as well.
