RE HFs in London
Hi monkeys, Does anyone know who the major RE HFs are in London and if they take on analysts? IK Davidson Kempner and King Street are two major players, but if anyone has any more info, would be much appreciated!
RE HF as in 'Real Estate Hedge Funds' or am I going crazy?
Yeah like real estate focused hedge funds or regular hedge funds with an RE arm
H2 does a lot in that niche
SVP, Elliot and York Capital all active in European Real Estate. DE Shaw also here and there but mainly from their ABS team which has a broader mandate.
