RE Introductory Concept Courses

I am looking for an intro class that thoroughly goes over RE concepts in-depth (IRR, NPV, Cap Rate, RE investment process, etc) and the useful application of them, for a beginner.

I've heard CCIM CI 101 is a good course, does anyone recommend this or any other online courses as an introductory class to RE concepts? My firm will pay for educational courses.

Thank you.
