RE investing for non-accredited investors
As most of us know, the vast majority of real estate investments require the investors to be accredited investors ($1MM NW or $200,000 AHI for past 3 years). That's obviously tough for the younger people in the industry that don't work for a developer who would give carry or something similar. What are some good options you have seen to give access to real estate investments to non-accredited investors? Has anyone actually tried the Fundrise/RealtyMogul options?
