Any of you guys notice that the job market seems to be picking up? I've been getting more hits from linkedin the past few weeks than ever before. I decided to take some time off but left my linkedin open and somewhat shocked that there's that many positions looking to be filled.
I have close to 20yrs of RE experience and these are for Sr/Director level roles.
