Can anyone please expand on the exit opportunities for RE covering RIETS?
I have several questions: 1) Is RE competitive / desired experience in the RE industry? 2) Is transitioning to REIB, REPE, or corp equity research possible from research? 3) Does covering publicly traded RIETS change the answer to the questions above? 4) What are the best and most logical transitions / exit opps from covering RIETS?

Stumbled upon this group that solely develops real estate research for brokers and developers, there not in any way shape or form an IB, PE, etc. Strictly research development for consumers.
