I recently did a 2 hour long real estate acquisition excel model test. I didn't do so well on it, but i am very eager to learn from my mistakes.
I plan to share the excel test here. I would greatly appreciate it if someone can help me figure out the answers to the test.
Ok, so post it... I would be careful to strip out any info that could easily be used to trace this back to you personally though. If I was an interviewer and gave you a modeling test, I wouldn't want it to end up on WSO. Although I'm sure people would be more than curious to see the test and provide feedback (myself included).
