Real Estate Acquisitions | Compensation
Hey there WSO, been wondering what base salary for an 1st year acquisition analyst makes in NYC in terms of base comp and total comp with bonus + incentives. For those that are currently in the role, what side are you in (broker, REPE, family office, or smaller developer in NYC) and what is comp and hours like?I thank all of you in advance and hope that other members looking to become an acqusitions analyst can look at this thread and get a ton of insight into where the comp ranges lie and what they should be expecting.Thank you!
It depends what firm u work at. I work at an AM firm that invests in real estate and base salary is 110k and work about 50 hours per week normally, 65 when busy
How many years did it take you to get to this comp?
