Real Estate Asset Management Excel Test

This week I have an interview for an Asset Management role with a top 25 REPE shop. One of the interviews that I have will be an excel test for 30 minutes. Would greatly appreciate if anyone could help guide me through what to expect, and how to best prepare/position myself to do well.

This is my top prospect right now and I am keen on killing this interview. Thank you for your help in advance.
