Whats your educational background? Just go online and look up asset management and proeprty management and try to find journals and publications. Stick to books and journals that are legit and from trusted sources not from 'gurus'.

Look up advanced real estate analysis and acquisitions books that have been written. Real estate private equity books are common for this.

But again stick to mainly educated writers with real experience. Not gurus.
