Real Estate Debt Brokerage
What is the typical comp structure for a junior originator (who will also perform some support functions for other deals) at a large debt brokerage firm who is starting but also having notable experience both working for a lender and principal.

Maybe 65-95k base with deal tips that could be 500 -1k and/or discretionary based on senior originator.
I would say ~$65k base + 1%-5% of gross commission typically ( - House fees). Splits are based on seniority and role in any deal.
