I have a two-day take-home case study coming up with a real estate debt fund in LDN for an off-cycle internship. Does anyone know what I can expect and how I can prepare? Thanks!

Apart from basic RE modelling skills, study all the relevant debt covenants (ICR, DSCR, LTV, LTC, debt yield)
So pro-forma, returns analysis, and debt covenants. Would you say a debt schedule is necessary or overkill?
Debt schedule is necessary in any cash flow with a debt component (how else could you model debt?)
