Real estate funds and co investments
I saw this posting at a pension fund on their real estate funds and co investments team. It sits within their PE arm but I understand it’s not direct investing. Would you look at the underlying assets if you co-invest though? What are your typical tasks and day-to-day like? What kind of modelling do you do? Anyone has resources to share? Lastly, how hard is it to exit to REPE or PE after? Any advice would be appreciated, thanks!
