Real Estate In NOLA
Anyone have any insights into firms in the NOLA MSA. I’ve heard that a couple brokerages have small teams there like Walker and Dunlop and Berkadia. Also have the local Louisiana brokerages. Have also heard that it’s a great city for historic tax credits and a lot of the deals that pencil are because of either historic or affordable tax credits. Off the top of my head I’ve heard of Norf companies and green coast. Lastly, I’ve heard they have a couple shops that do deals nationwide like Domain and PMAT. Any insights on any Nola based real estate firms or teams would be great.
