Real Estate Modeling Certification
Hi everyone, curious if it's worth getting a certification like REFM to signal that I know enough real estate financial modeling. Do you think that certification or a similar one is worth it for breaking into real estate PE / development as a career switcher?
I’m heavily considering the same course. I have been told by analyst at big shops that it does nothing but help

Both. They said it will certainly help coming in as an analyst, but speakers loudly to your passion for the industry (resume)
