Real Estate Modeling Tests

Hey All,

I am getting ready for post-MBA FT recruiting and am looking to transition from hotel development to a firm such as Eastdil, Trammel Crow, KKR, Related, Lazard RE, etc...  As I plan to spend most of the fall grinding through excel models, wanted to see if anyone would mind sharing modeling tests that they have received or practiced with over the years?

Thanks for helping out a fellow monkey!

On top of the Kahr stuff linked above, Adventures in CRE has a ton of free resources and a bunch of video tutorials on YouTube.

Once you've gone through the free resources online, highly recommend pulling OMs off of CBRE and other brokers' websites and trying to model deals from those (obviously don't try to model a huge fully enclosed mall in excel, but multifamily and smaller commercial properties are great practice).
