Real estate movies?
Curious, I don't seem to find any thread with good movies on Real Estate.
I just finished The Banker (2020) and a great deal of the story, besides segregation, is about how the guy made his fortune from real estate. So it got me interested to hear about any other good movies out there on RE.
Could anyone recommend a list?

99 Homes was really good.
I just watched 99 homes. Can anyone explain to me who saw it how the evictions that they were doing were illegal. Seemed to me that people weren't paying mortgages and Michael Shannon's character (Rick Carver) was just a hired gun. Maybe I didn't catch how he was orchestrating the evictions?
although not RE, and not a movie, Barbarian at the Gate book is gold..

Romeo Must Die - they wanted to redevelop some harbor front land, then the kung fu happens
The Descendents - George Clooney, family owned land on Kauai in Hawaii and some things happen
Pachinko - Apple TV series how a Korean lady amass real estate empire in Japan post-WWII. I didn’t see the whole series.
There Will Be Blood - more of an oil speculation movie but you need to control the land
